These terms apply to apps made by AI App Lab ("we", "us"), including Huroof Island (formerly EduKids). By downloading or using an app you agree to them. If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement also applies.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your family's non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, resell or redistribute the app or its content (lessons, artwork, characters, voices).

2. Free and premium content

The first unit of every island is free. Premium unlocks all islands and lessons and is offered as:

Yearly auto-renewing subscription, which may include a free trial;
Monthly auto-renewing subscription;
Lifetime, a one-time purchase that does not renew.

Prices are shown in the app and in the store before you buy and may vary by country.

3. Subscriptions, trials and cancellation

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
A free trial converts to a paid yearly subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Manage or cancel in your device's account settings (App Store: Settings › your name › Subscriptions; Google Play: Play Store › Payments & subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period stays active until it ends.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Restore previous purchases on a new device with Restore purchases on the app's subscription screen. Family Sharing is supported where the store offers it.

4. Parents and children

The apps are made for children to use with a parent's or guardian's permission. Purchases and settings are behind a parental gate; parents are responsible for purchases made on their account. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

5. Content and availability

We work to keep lessons accurate and age-appropriate, and we may add, change or remove content and features over time. Apps are provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the apps. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app or subscription in the previous 12 months.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post changes on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
